The world of incentives is complex. How incentives are used can impact an organization financially, operationally and culturally. During this hour we will draw from the last 5 years of working with hospitals across the country to explore the ins and outs of incentive use. Through case studies from a variety of hospital settings we will highlight different approaches to incentives and the impact they have had. Insights and experiences shared during this event may assist those using incentives, considering using them, considering eliminating them or looking for alternatives to traditional incentive practices.
