We feel that Concerro, which means "to bridge or connect," more accurately represents our company's vision and capabilities within the healthcare industry to provide excellence in staffing, with a focus on shift management and collaboration for nurses.

The BidShift brand reflects the company's early history, when open shift fulfillment was focused on the concept of "bidding" as an incentive mechanism to fill open shifts. Today, in partnership with over 175 healthcare organizations across the nation, our innovative technology has expanded to address the whole continuum of shift management with a wide range of incentives and capabilities, and the BidShift name no longer represents the essence of what our products and services deliver.
